Ahmed Amir Jabir is a Sudanese-British multi-disciplinary artist in painting, Arabic calligraphy and novel-writing. He works using the language of abstraction with elements of figuration to explore portraits, nature and music. Jabir is an educator, working through literature, poetry, painting, drawing, illustration and graphic design. His work and his pedagogic approach explores global connections and cultural dialogue.
